Spectator Expectations
Here are some helpful tips to keep in mind when attending an athletic game or event at Woodcreek High School, in addition to our district policy (detailed on the right)
Tickets
- Purchase in Advance: To avoid sold-out games, buy your tickets early.
- Ticket Requirements: All spectators aged 8 and older need a ticket. Children 7 and under enter free.
Food and Drink
- Outside Food/Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed. Sealed water bottles are permitted but may be inspected.
Bags and Belongings
- Clear Bags Only: Only clear bags are permitted, including purses and fanny packs.
- Search Policy: All bags and personal items are subject to inspection.
Ticketed Spectators
- Child Supervision: Children up to 8th grade must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- No Re-Entry: Plan ahead, as re-entry is not allowed.
- WHS Student ID: WHS students must show their ID at the entrance.
- No-Go List: Students on the No-Go List cannot attend any events outside of school hours. Check your digital ID on 5 Star and resolve any financial obligations or detentions beforehand.
Seating Guidelines
- Visitor Side: The visiting team must sit on the designated Visitor Side.
- Entry for Non-WHS Students: Non-WHS students and families must enter and sit on the Visitor's side.
Volunteers/Event Workers
- Approved Volunteers: Only volunteers on the approved list can work at the Snack Bar and events.
- Admission for Volunteers' Children: Volunteers must purchase tickets for their children to attend.
