Graduation & Senior Information

Important Dates

  • Senior Sunrise: August 7, 2025 (announced via Instagram @woodcreekhighschool)

  • Fall Senior Meeting: October 23, 2025 at 11:22am in theater

  • Financial Aid Night: October 27, 2025 at 6:00pm in cafeteria

  • Jostens on Campus: December 10, 2025 during lunch (Date changed from the 3rd)

  • Spring Senior Meeting: March 26, 2026 at 11:22am in theater

  • Graduation Performance Tryouts: April 30, 2026 from 1:28pm to 1:58pm in Room 509. The sign-up sheet will be available at Ms. Souza's desk at the beginning of April.

  • Senior Academic Merit Awards (AMAs): April 27, 2026 at 6:00pm  **By Invitation Only**

  • Senior Ball: May 9, 2026

  • Senior Sunset: May 27, 2026

  • Mandatory Graduation Practice: May 28, 2026

Graduation Ceremony

  • Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00pm in the WHS Stadium
  • Admission required
  • Graduation ceremony will be live streamed through Woodcreek HS Media Here
  • Gates open at 6:00pm. Gates close and ceremony starts at 7:00pm.

Mandatory Graduation Practice

  • Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 9:00am, starting in the Cafeteria
  • Please do not schedule any appointments before 11:30am.
  • Graduates must attend practice to participate in the ceremony. Those that do not attend practice will not be able to participate in the graduation ceremony. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Admission Tickets

  • Tickets are distributed to STUDENTS ONLY on Wednesday, May 27 at 9am on the outside Cafeteria stage. Tickets will not be released to anyone other than the graduating senior; not parents, friends, siblings, or other family members.
    • Students who are wearing a sibling/borrowed Cap & Gown MUST bring it with them to pick up their admission tickets on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. We must verify students have a Cap & Gown that fits them correctly to wear during the ceremony.
  • Each senior who is participating in the ceremony will receive ten (10) total admissions; six (6) tickets for general seating (bleachers) and four (4) wristbands for seating on the field behind the graduates.
  • All seating will be first come, first served. There is no designated special needs seating/section. Ramps are available in the bleachers.
  • All guests, except babies 1 year old or under, will need an admission ticket.
  • The WHS office does not have extra admission tickets for graduation. Your student can ask friends or you can view the graduation via live stream here.

  • Final Transcript Request:
    • If you are heading off to college in the fall, most schools require a final high school transcript to complete your fall registration. Here is what you need to do:
      • First, revisit your school requirements, deadlines and preferred method of receiving the document.
      • Next, make sure your Parchment account has been set up using your personal email, then request your copies and check "Hold for Grades" to ensure your document will not be released until quarter 4 grades have been posted.
    • Final Transcripts will be available in Parchment on June 13th. Place your order now to avoid the end of the year rush!
  • Sober Grad Night:
