Graduation Ceremony

Graduation ceremony will be live streamed through Woodcreek HS Media Here

Location: Woodcreek HS Stadium

Gates open at 6:00pm - Gates close and ceremony starts at 7:00pm.

Mandatory Graduation Practice on May 29th, 2025 from 8:50am to 12:52pm

All graduates meet in the large gym. Please do not schedule any appointments until after 1pm.

Admission Tickets are Required for Entry

Tickets are distributed to STUDENTS ONLY on Wednesday May 28th. Each graduating senior who is participating in the ceremony will receive ten (10) total admissions; six (6) tickets and four (4) wristbands. The tickets will be for bleacher seating and the wristbands will be for on the field seating behind the graduates. All seating will be first come, first served. There is no designated special needs seating/section. Ramps are available in the bleachers. Tickets will not be released to any one other than the graduating senior; not parents, friends, siblings, or other family members. Infants 1 year-old and up will need an admission ticket. The WHS office does not have extra admission tickets for graduation. Your student can ask friends or you can view the graduation via live stream here.

Students who are wearing a sibling/borrowed Cap & Gown MUST bring it with them to pick up their admission tickets on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. We must verify students have a Cap & Gown that fits them correctly to wear during the ceremony.

How to Order Graduation Supplies

Order online at Jostens NorCal. For any questions you have regarding graduation supplies, you MUST contact Jostens directly in their Orangevale office at (916) 989-3909. Here is a video of all items sold through Jostens.

If you need a Cap/Gown/Tassel for graduation, you can purchase one IN PERSON on May 29th (CASH ONLY- Exact change preferred)

Distribution Information

All graduation items ordered through Jostens NorCal (prior to Jane 1st) will be distributed on Thursday March 27, 2025 (during the senior meeting). If you haven't purchased your Cap & Gown and/or tassel, you must bring cash to Ms. Souza's office on (date TBD). Ms. Souza does not have access to a list of student who did or did not purchase a cap/gown/tassel from Jostens. You must contact Jostens directly at (916) 989-3909

Senior Portraits for Yearbook

You can choose ANY photographer for additional photos; however, if you wish to appear in the Yearbook you MUST schedule an appointment with Prestige Portraits BEFORE November 8, 2024. You have the option to choose "Yearbook Only" - Upon request, there is NO session fee for this option.

5. With the yearbook pose, we have 2 options- The Yearbook Only- No cost session OR the $20 Yearbook basic session. The difference between the two is the yearbook only session allows for 2-3 images in the yearbook attire and the $20 basic session is 6-8 images in the yearbook attire.

Spring Senior Meeting: March 27th, 2025
Graduation Performance Tryouts: April 20th, 2025 from 1:28pm to 1:58pm in Room 509. The sign-up sheet will be available at Ms. Souza's desk at the beginning of April.
Senior Academic Merit Awards (AMA): April 28th, 2025 **By Invitation Only**
Senior Ball: May 3rd, 2025 at Serrano Country Club from 8-11pm
Senior Sunset: May 28th, 2025

FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST: If you are heading off to college in the fall, most schools require a final high school transcript to complete your fall registration. Here is what you need to do:

First, revisit your school requirements, deadlines and preferred method of receiving the document.
Next, make sure your Parchment account has been set up using your personal email, then request your copies and check "Hold for Grades" to ensure your document will not be released until quarter 4 grades have been posted.
Final Transcripts will be available in Parchment on June 13th. Place your order now to avoid the end of the year rush!
