Required Documents for Enrollment
Your student will not be enrolled until the following steps are completed and documents are received:
- Submit the Aeries Internet Registration (AIR), print it out, and sign the last page and include AIR with enrollment documents.
- Copy of Student Immunizations
- See Required Immunizations to make sure your record is up to date.
- Copy of Mortgage Statement or Rental Agreement
- Mortgage/Rental must display parent/guardian name and address.
- If parent/guardian name are not on the Mortgage/Rental Agreement, you may need to complete and follow instructions for a Shared Residence Affidavit.
- Rental Agreement must include current dates/month-to-month continuation and signature page signed by both landlord and tenant.
- Mortgage/Rental must display parent/guardian name and address.
- Copy of current City of Roseville or PG&E utility bill
- Must display parent/guardian name and address
- Copy of Academic Transcript (if your student has previously attended high school)
- Copy of your student's IEP or 504 (if applicable)
- Course Selection Worksheet for the appropriate grade level
You may drop off the required documents in the Woodcreek High School front office Monday through Friday between 7:15am-3:45pm. Please provide copies that will be kept with the student record. The office staff will not make copies for you. Be prepared to verify your identification with a state issued photo ID.
