Students Learn to Earn

How does WorkAbility benefit local employers?

  • Screened, job ready student workers that are excited to learn.

  • Student wages are paid by funding from the WorkAbility I Program.

  • Worker’s Compensation coverage is provided for students through the RJUHSD WorkAbility I Program.

  • Job coaches act as a liaison between student workers and employers.
  • Students are trained to work specific positions, if an employer chooses to directly hire them.
